Immediately after my apprenticeship, I began a part-time course of study in business psychology with Alfred Kochen. They supported me by giving me the opportunity to be taken on part-time, even though they actually had other plans. In general, during this time, I was always supported and given the opportunity to use my acquired knowledge to find my place in the company.
After successfully completing my apprenticeship, I began a part-time course of study in business administration at Alfred Kochen GmbH & Co. KG in my early 20s. The company supported me by offering me a part-time position, which allowed me to work three days a week and use the other two days for my studies. I was able to put the knowledge I gained during my studies into practice at the company. Alfred Kochen not only helped me to develop personally, but also to grow professionally and within the company. Even today, nine years after I started at Alfred Kochen, I am happy to be part of the Alfred Kochen team.
