Immediately after my apprenticeship, I started a part-time degree in business psychology at Alfred Kochen. They supported me by giving me the opportunity to be taken on part-time, even though they actually had other plans. In general, I was always supported during this time and I was given the opportunity to use the knowledge I had acquired to find my place in the company.
After successfully completing my apprenticeship, I started a part-time degree in business administration at Alfred Kochen GmbH & Co KG in my early 20s. The company supported me by offering me a part-time position, which enabled me to work three days a week and use the other two days for my studies. I was able to put the knowledge I had acquired during my studies into practice at the company. Alfred Kochen not only helped me to develop personally, but also to grow professionally and within the company. Even today, nine years after starting at Alfred Kochen, I am happy to be part of the Alfred Kochen team.
